Located in Bondi Beach NSW 2026, KODA Cutters Pty Ltd operates a professional hair salon providing cutting, colouring, styling and hair treatment services. The business is currently seeking an experienced and skilled Hairdresser to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Consulting with clients to understand their individual hair care, cutting, colouring and styling requirements.
• Cutting, trimming and shaping hair using professional hairdressing techniques and tools.
• Colouring, bleaching, highlighting and toning hair according to client requirements and desired results.
• Providing professional styling and blow-dry services.
• Applying appropriate hair treatments according to individual client needs.
• Advising clients on hairstyles, colour, hair care and suitable hair products.
• Maintaining high standards of client service throughout appointments.
• Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene and presentation standards for tools, equipment and work areas.
• Keeping up to date with current hairdressing techniques, colouring services and styling trends.
• Working collaboratively with other salon team members to maintain professional service standards.

About You

• At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Hairdresser.
• Relevant hairdressing qualification or equivalent relevant industry experience.
• Strong skills in hair cutting, colouring, styling and hair treatments.
• Sound knowledge of professional hairdressing techniques and products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and provide personalised hair services.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high professional and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a salon team.

Job Type: Permanent / Full-time
Salary: AUD $75,000 – $85,000 per annum
