YOUR NEXT ROLE:

• Coordinating trades, sub-contractors, equipment and materials in line with the construction scheduling requirements
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications accurately
• Organising construction works and deliver quality results safely, on time and within budget
• Offering constructive solutions and improvements
• Working both autonomously and in a team environment
• Working with integrity and accountability

 OPPORTUNITIES:

• Tier 1 Builder - $80Mill new build project - high rise project
• Tier 2 Builder - Various $20m - $50m commercial projects around Adelaide metro
• Builder / Developer - Multilevel Apartment Building
• Tier 3 Builder - Various commercial builds $5 - $15mill
• Defence Contractor - Commercial Defence projects

ARE YOU A FIT?
To be considered successful, you will have experience with supervising commercial construction projects for commercial builders out of the ground to completion or for fit outs and refurbishments within Australia. You will have hands on experience, ideally with a trade background and good relationships with subcontractors. You will have great programming skills, leadership abilities and be autonomous and great at communicating across various stakeholders.
