Our client is a growing electrical contractor currently operating with a team of approximately 15 staff and planning to expand further over the next 12 months. Due to continued project wins and growth, they are looking to hire 2 x experienced Electrical Supervisors to join the business as soon as possible.
The company specialises in heavy industrial and commercial electrical projects including:

• Switch rooms
• Data centres
• Industrial warehouses

Based 20 minutes Northwest of Adelaide, the majority of work is located locally and throughout Adelaide’s northern suburbs.
The Role This is a hands-on leadership position suited to experienced supervisors who can confidently manage projects and lead teams onsite while maintaining a positive culture and strong safety standards.
Key responsibilities include:

• Running projects independently from start to finish
• Supervising and coordinating crews onsite
• Mentoring younger electricians and apprentices
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
• Maintaining high-quality workmanship and safety standards
• Driving productivity and keeping projects on schedule

About You

The ideal candidates will be level-headed, experienced leaders who can bring structure, guidance, and positivity to the team environment.
You will ideally have:

• Previous experience supervising commercial or industrial electrical projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• The ability to mentor and develop younger tradespeople
• A proactive and solutions-focused attitude
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Current electrical licence and relevant tickets
