Registered Nurse - Aged Care (Contract)
 
ACM Healthcare is currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a contract role based on the stunning Mid North Coast of New South Wales. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and welcoming aged care team, while enjoying a beautiful coastal lifestyle and a great pay rate.

What's Involved?

• Conducting comprehensive individual assessments and ongoing reviews of care plans
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in line with AN-ACC requirements and Aged Care legislation
• Promoting a holistic, person-centred approach to resident care
• Delivering high-quality clinical care based on best practice standards
• Supporting residents' clinical care needs in collaboration with the wider care team

What Will You Need?

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Proven experience working as a Registered Nurse in Aged Care
• Strong working knowledge of AN-ACC
• Excellent communication skills with residents, families, medical professionals and colleagues
• A collaborative approach and the ability to thrive in a supportive team environment
• Full Australian working rights (please note, sponsorship is not available for this role)
