What You'll Be Doing

• Providing high-quality clinical care to residents
• Assessing residents and reviewing care plans
• Medication administration and clinical monitoring
• Documentation in line with AN-ACC requirements
• Supporting care staff and working as part of a clinical team
• Communicating with families and health professionals

What We're Looking For

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
• Aged care experience preferred
• Knowledge of AN-ACC and aged care standards
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• A team-focused approach
