Personal Care Worker - Aged Care
 
ACM Healthcare is currently seeking compassionate and reliable Personal Care Workers to support residents in an aged care environment.
 
This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about making a genuine difference and enjoys working as part of a supportive care team.

About the Role
As a Personal Care Worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care, assisting residents with their daily living needs while maintaining dignity, respect, and comfort.
 
Duties will include:

• Personal care assistance (showering, grooming, toileting)
• Supporting residents with mobility and transfers
• Assisting with meals and hydration
• Providing emotional support and companionship
• Working collaboratively with nursing and care teams

Essential Requirements

• Certificate III in Aged Careor Certificate III in Individual Support
• Previous experience working in an aged care environment (preferred)
• A caring, patient, and respectful approach
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and shifts as required
• Med Comp desirable but not essential
