Working closely with Partners, you'll help deliver local marketing initiatives, support business development activity, and strengthen our connections with clients, staff and the wider community.  It is a role that blends marketing strategy, delivery, and coordination.
 
THE ROLE

• Supporting the development and delivery of the Tauranga marketing plan, aligned with national initiatives
• Creating and implementing local marketing campaigns and client communications
• Supporting business development proposals and tenders
• Organising and coordinating client, community and staff events, including logistics, promotion and on-the-day execution
• Managing local sponsorships and community involvement
• Supporting staff engagement and internal events
• Designing basic marketing materials
• Providing general marketing administration and coordination support

ABOUT YOU

• Highly organised and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
• Confident switching between strategic thinking, creative work and hands-on administration
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
• Proactive and able to contribute marketing ideas and solutions
• Experience in marketing, communications, or a related role
• Canva experience (or similar); basic video editing skills an advantage
