What you’ll be doing
- Manage a portfolio of clients, delivering accounting, tax, and business advisory services
- Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and group reporting (including consolidations)
- Support clients with budgeting, forecasting, and management accounting on-site as required
- Provide practical, commercially focused advice to support client decision-making
- Coach and mentor junior team members, contributing to their development and performance
- Work closely with Managers and Partners to deliver high-quality client outcomes
What you’ll bring - CA or CPA qualified with 4+ years’ experience in Business Advisory Services
- Strong technical accounting and tax capability, including exposure to complex client work
- A commercial mindset and ability to provide practical client advice
- Proven ability to build and manage client relationships
- Experience reviewing work and mentoring junior staff
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach
