About the role
We’re looking for an Office Administrator to be the first point of contact for our Takapuna office while supporting our wider team.
This is a key, highly visible role responsible for delivering a professional front-of-house experience while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. You’ll work closely with other team members to provide consistent, high-quality support across administration, office coordination and reception.
You’ll be someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in presentation and organisation and thrives in a busy professional services environment.
