Key Responsibilities

• Assist with client billing, invoicing, and debtor follow-ups
• Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
• Support new client onboarding and CRM updates (e.g., MYOB)
• Manage travel bookings and help coordinate team events
• Provide general admin support including filing, reporting, and document preparation
• Assist with presentations, proposals, and team expenses
• Provide reception cover when required

About You

• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Confident with Microsoft Office (CRM/MYOB experience a bonus)
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to multitask and work under pressure
