About the Opportunity
Our client, a leading Australian organisation within the Health, Wealth and Care sector, is undertaking a significant enterprise-wide operating model transformation designed to reshape how corporate and enabling functions support the business.

As part of this transformation, we are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a high-profile program focused on implementing a new organisational operating model across People & Culture, Finance and enterprise technology platforms.

This is a highly visible initiative requiring an accomplished enterprise Project Manager who can confidently engage senior executives while coordinating multiple business and technology workstreams.

The Role
You will be responsible for planning, leading and delivering an enterprise-wide organisational transformation, ensuring successful implementation across business processes, people, governance and technology.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partner with Executive Sponsors and senior stakeholders to define project scope and delivery approach
• Develop and execute the overall project plan
• Lead governance, planning, RAID management and executive reporting
• Coordinate multiple business and technology workstreams
• Manage implementation risks, dependencies and delivery outcomes
• Drive business readiness and operational transition activities
• Develop a repeatable implementation playbook for future organisational change initiatives

About You
You are an experienced Senior Project Manager with a proven background delivering complex enterprise transformation programs across large organisations.

You will demonstrate:

• Extensive experience leading organisational transformation or operating model implementation projects
• Strong enterprise project delivery across business and technology
• Exposure to HRIS, Finance and enterprise applications
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Strong governance, planning and delivery capabilities
• Experience managing multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams

• SuccessFactors or HRIS transformation exposure
