Senior Change Manager
Sydney | Contract | $1000–$1100 per day

We’re working with a large transport organisation delivering a network upgrade program, looking for a Senior Change Manager to support the early stages of the initiative.
  
The Role
This position sits upfront in the lifecycle, focused on the business case and early change planning, rather than delivery. The work is centred around understanding the impact across people, processes and operations, and establishing a clear, practical change approach.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Lead high-level change impact assessments (people, process, ways of working)
• Develop an initial Change Management Plan
• Build out a Stakeholder Engagement Plan
• Identify and map internal and external stakeholders
• Assess impact across:
• End users
• Maintenance workforce
• Operational teams
• Work across multiple work streams in a stakeholder-heavy environment

  
Requirements

• Experience delivering early-stage change (discovery / business case phase)
• Strong capability in:
• Change impact assessments
• Stakeholder mapping and engagement
• Developing practical, high-level change plans
• Comfortable working in complex, operational environments
• Transport or infrastructure experience beneficial
