Business Agility Coach
12-month contract | Competitive day rate | Sydney (Hybrid)
  
I’m working with a leading insurer on a key hire within a large-scale transformation, looking for a Business Agility Coach to help embed outcome-driven delivery across the organisation.

This is a high-impact role working directly with senior leaders and delivery teams, focused on translating strategy into execution using OKRs, Lean and pragmatic agile ways of working.
  
The Role
You’ll be responsible for driving better alignment between business strategy and delivery, ensuring teams are focused on outcomes rather than activity.
Key responsibilities:

• Coaching leaders and teams on the adoption and maturity of OKRs
• Embedding Lean and Agile ways of working across a complex environment
• Facilitating planning, prioritisation and review forums
• Supporting better decision-making, trade-offs and focus at leadership level
• Partnering with transformation, portfolio and governance teams to align delivery to value

  
About You
You’ll be an experienced coach/operator who has worked in large, complex organisations and can influence at a senior level.
Key experience:

• Proven experience coaching OKRs (or similar frameworks)
• Strong Agile / Lean delivery background
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and leadership teams
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving change
• Strong facilitation and communication skills
