Technical Lead - Guidewire Claims
Sydney | Hybrid (10 days/month onsite) | Competitive Salary

A leading insurer in Sydney is looking for a Technical Lead to step into the team following an internal move. This role sits right between engineering and architecture, so it suits someone who’s happy getting into the detail with devs but can also step up and shape solution direction.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading solution delivery across Guidewire Claims
• Acting as the link between developers and architects
• Getting involved in design, integration and technical decision making
• Working across application strategy, governance and customer comms

What they’re after

• Strong Guidewire experience (Claims is key)
• Background as a Tech Lead or Solution Designer
• Solid understanding of integrations and the wider Guidewire suite
• Guidewire certified essential (Cloud a bonus)
• Someone who communicates well and can bring people with them

The team

• 15 people, with a strong Claims focus
• Close working relationship across engineering and architecture
