Senior Solution Architect – Consumer & Commercial Platforms

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end design and delivery of complex consumer and commercial technology initiatives, including large, multi-year transformation programs.

This role suits someone who enjoys operating across strategy and delivery — shaping solution direction, guiding delivery teams, and partnering closely with senior business stakeholders.
What you’ll do

• Own end-to-end solution architecture across multi-year, enterprise-scale programs
• Design scalable, secure solutions aligned to business outcomes and architecture roadmaps
• Provide program-level architectural input, working across multiple projects and workstreams
• Lead solution option analysis, proof-of-concepts, and detailed design artefacts
• Play a key role in, or help run, Architecture Review Boards (ARB) ensuring governance and standards are met
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across internal teams, vendors, and system integrators
• Proactively identify and resolve architectural and delivery risks
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior technology and business stakeholders

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years’ experience in Solution Architecture
• Strong background in end-to-end delivery of large, complex initiatives, including multi-year programs
• Exposure to program architecture or working across portfolios of projects
• Consulting experience, with the ability to engage, influence, and advise senior stakeholders
• Experience delivering in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
• Excellent communication skills with strong whiteboarding and presentation capability

Nice to have

• Experience with M&A-related technology integration or separation programs
• Involvement in dynamic pricing or revenue optimisation platforms
• Experience in telco or subscription-based environments
• Salesforce experience across Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud
