Product Owner Lead (Guidewire)
12 Month Contract | Sydney (Hybrid) | Leading Insurer
We’re working with a leading insurer in the middle of a major transformation and need a Product Owner Lead who knows Guidewire inside out.
This is a high-impact role - owning product direction, driving delivery, and working directly with senior stakeholders across the business.
What you’ll be doing
• Owning the product vision across Guidewire (Claims / Policy / Billing)
• Driving roadmap, backlog and delivery across agile teams
• Translating business needs into clear, deliverable outcomes
• Leading cross-functional squads and influencing senior stakeholders
• Embedding strong agile practices and lifting product capability
What you need
• Strong Product Owner / Product Manager experience in insurance
• Guidewire experience is ESSENTIAL (you can talk it, shape it, deliver it)
• Confident engaging the business and challenging stakeholders
• Proven delivery across complex, enterprise environments
• Agile / Scrum background
