Master Scheduler – Enterprise Transformation
Sydney | Hybrid - Strong Day Rate | 10 month contract

We’re working with a large insurance organisation running a major, multi-stream transformation - and they need a Master Scheduler to bring control, visibility, and structure across the program.

This is a high-impact role sitting right in the middle of delivery, working closely with senior stakeholders and driving real outcomes.
  
What you’ll do

• Own the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) across up to 10 work streams
• Map dependencies, critical path, and delivery milestones
• Provide clear, exec-ready reporting across risk, slippage, and forecasts
• Support SteerCo / Program Boards with real insights
• Partner with PMs, PMO, Finance & Risk to keep delivery aligned
• Challenge poor planning and drive better discipline across the program

  
What they want

• Proven Master Scheduler on large enterprise programs
• Insurance / FS experience strongly preferred
• Strong MS Project (MPP) + integrated planning experience
• Solid grip on critical path, dependencies, forecasting
• Confident dealing with senior stakeholders

  
Nice to have

• Guidewire exposure
• Experience in regulated / assurance-heavy environments
• Power BI / portfolio reporting exposure
