The Role

Define and evolve the enterprise architecture strategy for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and plant-level technologies
Develop technology roadmaps aligned to manufacturing transformation initiatives and operational priorities
Provide architectural leadership to Solution Architects and delivery teams across manufacturing programs
Establish and govern architecture principles, standards and integration patterns across MES and operational platforms
Ensure seamless integration between MES, SAP and other enterprise systems supporting production, supply chain and quality processes
Support business leaders and operational teams with initiative shaping, technology evaluation and solution design
Act as Lead Architect on major manufacturing technology programs when required

Experience

5+ years’ experience in Enterprise Architecture within complex enterprise environments
Strong experience working within manufacturing or industrial technology environments
Proven expertise with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and plant-level systems
Experience integrating MES platforms with SAP or other ERP platforms
Experience delivering architecture artefacts across application, integration, data and technology domains
Strong capability in roadmap development and capability maturity assessments
Ability to engage senior operational stakeholders including manufacturing and plant leadership
Relevant enterprise architecture or technology qualifications
