Contract Salesforce Developer - Major University | Competitive Day Rat / 6-Month Contract | Sydney | Hybrid
 
We're partnering with a leading university in Sydney undergoing a major uplift of its enterprise-wide CRM capability. Backed by a 7-year digital strategy, the institution is moving from a siloed CRM landscape to a single, unified Salesforce platform-recently endorsed at Senate level.

This role will sit within a large transformation portfolio and is dedicated to their Advancement function, which manages high-value donations, alumni engagement and strategic fundraising initiatives.
 
What You'll Be Working On

• Developing Salesforce components, integrations and enhancements across multiple portfolios and faculties
• Supporting the delivery of a new, enterprise-grade CRM to replace legacy and siloed systems
• Working within an established Salesforce workstream of ~10 specialists
• Leading best practice development, configuration and technical design within Salesforce
• Supporting Advancement-focused initiatives tied to major gifts, donor experience and fundraising capability

 
What We're Looking For

• Strong background as a Salesforce Developer within complex enterprise environments
• Experience delivering scalable, secure and high-performing Salesforce solutions
• Ability to work across multi-stream programs with diverse stakeholder groups
• Strong communication skills and ability to partner with Program Leaders and technical teams
