We are looking for an accomplished Integration Architect to design and guide enterprise-scale integration solutions across a major transformation program.  
 
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in Mergers & Acquisitions and the Retail sector, bringing deep knowledge of both Boomi and Azure integration architectures.  
 
You will work closely with a team of architects and delivery leaders to shape high-quality, scalable integration capabilities that enable business growth and seamless acquisition integration. 
 
Key Responsibilities 

• Lead technical strategy for integration across large, complex programs with multiple concurrent workstreams 
• Present architecture decisions and solution proposals at Architecture Review Boards (ARB) and executive forums 
• Collaborate with Enterprise, Data, and Solution Architects to ensure alignment with overall technology strategy 
• Apply best practices in security, scalability, data governance, and performance optimization 
• Provide architectural oversight to development teams across large onshore/offshore delivery environments 
• Manage technical relationships with vendors, technology partners, and external delivery teams 

 
Experience & Skills 

• 7+ years in integration architecture, engineering, or enterprise systems design 
• Hands-on expertise with Boomi (AtomSphere, APIs, EDI/B2B, iPaaS patterns) 
• Strong knowledge of Azure Integration Services such as Logic Apps, Service Bus, APIM, and Event Grid 
• Proven success in large-scale integration within M&A and/or Retail enterprise environments 
• Experience working with large and distributed delivery teams (in-house, vendors, offshore partners) 
• Boomi and/or Azure technical certifications 
• Architectural certification (e.g., TOGAF, SAFe Architect, Azure Architect Expert) 
• Influential and collaborative — able to simplify complexity and build consensus 
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, rapidly evolving business environments
