We are seeking an experienced and people-focused Integration Delivery Lead to support delivery across complex business and technology integration programs.  
 
This role is critical to ensuring teams across onshore and offshore locations remain aligned, motivated, and equipped to successfully execute and deliver.  
 
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in mergers and acquisitions, with a proven track record managing diverse delivery teams and external supplier relationships. 
 
Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Product, PMO, and Business Leads to ensure scope, schedule, cost, and quality expectations are met 
• Drive collaborative and transparent team environments that support problem-solving and high performance 
• Support work breakdown, estimation, effort planning, and cost modeling for integration activities 
• Manage delivery resources across onshore, offshore, in-house, and vendor teams, ensuring clear accountability 
• Identify delivery risks and issues, establish mitigation strategies, and drive timely resolution 
• Monitor and report progress, financials, dependencies, and delivery health to leadership 
• Support knowledge transfer and operational readiness planning to ensure seamless transition post-integration 
• Foster strong relationships across functions to align decision-making and minimize friction during integration 

Experience & Skills 

• Experience leading integration delivery, ideally within M&A programs or large-scale transformations 
• Expertise in work estimation, cost evaluation, budgeting, and vendor management 
• Strong leadership skills with a team-centric mindset — experienced in coaching and enabling teams, with strong stakeholder influence skills 
• Demonstrated success working in distributed delivery environments (onshore/offshore models) 
• Ability to navigate ambiguity while maintaining structured and proactive delivery management 
• Excellent communication skills with experience interacting at all levels, including executives 
• Solid understanding of technology implementation and business change processes 
• Experience with integration tools, enterprise platforms, or data migration best practices 
• Collaborative, approachable, and committed to team success 
• Organized, adaptable, and resilient in fast-moving environments
