Key requirements:
Degree in a relevant engineering field
Minimum 2-3 years of field experience (solar/wind preferred)
Minimum B1 level in German
Candidates should have relevant academic qualifications and hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas:
Solar PV — design & engineering
Solar PV — operations & maintenance (O&M)
Wind energy — onshore
Wind energy — offshore
Hydropower
Battery storage / BESS
Smart grids / grid integration
Power-to-X / hydrogen
Energy efficiency / building retrofit
Heat pumps / district heating
Additional advantage (nice to have):
Experience applying international or European technical standards on projects, including:
IEC 61400 (wind turbines)
IEC 62446 (solar PV)
IEC 61850 (grid communication)
ISO 50001 (energy management)
ASME (pressure vessels)
API (oil & gas)
Eurocodes (structural)
ISO 9001 / 14001
