Build and execute a future-state enterprise IT architecture.
Consolidate fragmented systems into a unified operating platform.
Align technology investments directly to business outcomes and measurable impact.
Lead digital transformation across retail, education, staffing, and e-commerce.
Strategic Responsibilities
Define and execute enterprise IT strategy and roadmap.
Drive application modernization and systems integration.
Ensure technology supports:
Operational efficiency.
Scalability.
Innovation (including AI/ML adoption).
Lead AI strategy development and implementation.
Oversee enterprise architecture across:
ERP systems.
CRM platforms.
POS systems.
E-commerce platforms.
Stakeholder Management
Works closely with:
Retail leadership.
Education services.
Workforce/staffing teams.
Finance.
HR.
Business services and e-commerce teams.
Acts as a bridge between business needs and technical execution.
Leadership & Team Scope
Leads the entire IT function (small but critical team).
Responsible for:
Hiring, mentoring, and performance management.
Building a high-performance culture.
Developing internal capability versus over-reliance on vendors.
Key Technical & Delivery Focus
Enterprise architecture design and governance.
Cloud-based infrastructure and modernization.
Data analytics and integration strategy.

Required Profile
10+ years of IT leadership experience in enterprise-scale environments.
Strong background in:
Enterprise architecture.
Application development.
Systems integration.
Proven transformation leadership experience (not just operations).
Experience in multi-unit / multi-channel environments preferred.
Hands-on exposure to ERP, CRM, POS, and e-commerce platforms.
Strong vendor and program management capability.
Leadership style: servant leadership and strategic operator.
