Your Responsibilities:
- Innovative Design & Implementation: Create and optimize automation systems that enhance plant operations.
- Configuration & Programming: Translate control narratives into effective control strategies, programming everything from simple to complex loops, shutdown keys, and Safety Instrumented Functions (SIFs).
- Testing & Commissioning: Lead client-witnessed acceptance testing, perform loop checks, interface with third-party systems, and ensure everything is running smoothly.
- Client-Centric Approach: Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering superior experiences and supporting their needs every step of the way.
- Collaboration & Support: Work closely with instrumentation and network teams to troubleshoot, test, and deliver high-quality results.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare clear and concise technical reports while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Requirements - Education & Experience: Trade, tech, or engineering school certification with advanced knowledge of Rockwell Automation/Allen Bradley ControlLogix and FactoryTalk View (both ME and SE).
- Field Expertise: Hands-on experience with commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintaining control systems in industrial environments.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with industrial communication networks (EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP/IP, Modbus RTU) and additional platforms like Schneider Electric Modicon, Emerson DeltaV, Wonderware, or Honeywell C200/C300 is a plus.
- Versatile & Independent: Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team environment, with strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Positive & Adaptable: A "can-do" attitude with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
