Provide first-level IT support to staff
Assist with hardware setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance
Support system configuration and basic network tasks
Help maintain IT inventory and documentation
Escalate issues when needed and follow up on resolutions

Background or studies in IT / Computer Science (or related field)
Solid basic knowledge of hardware and operating systems
