Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Staff Accountant in Ontario, CA 91764 to join a dynamic construction and real estate team. This role is to replace a current employee and offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact across multiple entities.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and post loan closing journal entries accurately and timely.
Handle loan draws and reconciliations.
Ensure compliance through loan reporting and documentation.
Support month-end closing processes for multiple entities.
Maintain job cost accounting for construction and real estate projects.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
Qualifications
Requirements & Skills:
Proven experience in construction and real estate accounting, managing multiple entities.
Strong knowledge of JDE (mandatory), MS Office, and Excel (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, reporting).
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.
