This is a meaningful role supporting children in our 3–4-year-old room, where you’ll make a genuine difference by fostering inclusion, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning.

As an Inclusion Support Educator, you will play a vital role in creating an environment where every child feels supported, valued, and empowered to participate fully.
What You’ll Do - Provide targeted one on one and small group support for children with additional needs
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Support the delivery of play-based learning experiences
- Work collaboratively with educators on programming, documentation, and daily routines
- Build strong, meaningful relationships with children, families, and your team
About You
You are warm, enthusiastic, and genuinely passionate about inclusion and early childhood education. You enjoy working as part of a team and are committed to helping every child succeed.
To be successful, you will have: - Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (preferred but not essential)
- A current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Experience in an inclusion support role (highly desirable)
- Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and relevant legislation
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A passion for supporting children in a play based learning environment
