Catholic Early EdCare is seeking an experienced, people-focused Recruitment Advisor to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in attracting and onboarding the people who support children, families, and communities across Queensland.

About the Role As a Recruitment Advisor, you will manage end-to-end recruitment across a diverse, geographically dispersed portfolio. Working closely with Hiring Managers, you will translate workforce needs into effective recruitment strategies, attract high-quality talent, and ensure smooth, engaging onboarding experiences.
This role suits someone who enjoys pace, values strong relationships, and takes pride in continuously improving recruitment processes through data, insight, and collaboration.

- Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
- Strong ability to prioritise workloads and manage competing demands
- High-level interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across diverse stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment campaigns while maintaining quality and compliance.
- A driven individual who thrives on hitting targets, measuring impact, and taking ownership of recruitment results.
- A consistent track record of delivering positive candidate and hiring manager experiences
- Confidence working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Experience using ATS platforms, search strings, social sourcing tools, and modern recruitment technology
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to adapt and problem-solve
