Catholic Early EdCare is seeking a passionate, experienced OSHC Service Leader/Coordinator to join our team at Nambour OSHC.

Located at St Joseph’s Primary School, our 90-place service delivers high-quality before school, after school, and vacation care. For over 20 years, we’ve been a valued part of the school and parish community, with a strong focus on connection — from everyday relationships to projects like our community garden.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operation of our Before and After School Care and Vacation Care programs, ensuring a safe and enriching environment.
• Lead a dedicated team of educators, inspiring and supporting them to bring out their best.
• Develop and implement innovative, play-based programs that cater to our children's interests and needs.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and the school community, fostering a sense of belonging.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, maintaining a high level of care and safety.

Requirements of the Role:

• Diploma in Children Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines.
• Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis.
• Consent to being the Nominated Supervisor.
• Strong understanding of Childcare legislation, including National Quality Framework, Standards, and My Time Our Place.
• Previous childcare service management experience.
• Child Protection training is required for this role.
• Proficient with childcare management software (Xplor preferred).
• Demonstrated leadership skills for team development.
