As a Project Manager, you will support a portfolio of initiatives being delivered for a tier-one client.
Purpose of the Project: These projects span SMS integration, payment processing via administrative systems, and various operational enhancements. The goal is to uplift service efficiency and delivery quality for our client.
(Experience in "Communications & Operations", creating processes for SMS & payment process. Experience in Engage1 is highly advantageous.)
