We are on the lookout for a Technology Risk Specialist with proven Line 1 experience to join our client, a leading superannuation provider.

To be successful in this role, you will bring proven technology and operational risk experience in Line 1, along with proven CRM implementation experience.
Location: Melbourne (hybrid)
Duration: 3 months contract
Responsibilities:
Lead delivered risk assessments (initial through to final) for key technology orientated projects (e.g. new CRM for the Contact Centre, new Identity Verification (IDV) solution, migration of clearing house from one solution to another).
Provide risk input into business requirements and solution designs as appropriate.
Complete ad-hoc risk assessments for key decisions on allocated Guardian workstreams.
Facilitate completion of risk acceptances and policy exemptions.
Provide technology risk advice (leveraging our client technology policies and standards) to all Guardian workstreams.
Proven technology and operational risk experience in Line 1. Proven CRM implementation experience would be preferred.
Lead with DRA experience.
Must demonstrate experience with technology delivered risk along the solution delivery lifecycle.
Stakeholder communication, influence and presentation skills are critical.
CRM implementation risk experience is ideal.
