Warehouse Operations Trainee (Certificate III Supply Chain Operations)

About the Role
Working full-time in a busy warehouse, you’ll rotate across different areas (a “floater” style role) and learn end-to-end operations while completing a Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations as a paid traineeship.
- Roster: Full-time (38 hours/week)
- Typical hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am–3:36pm
- Training: Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations (paid, on-the-job)
- Environment: Warehouse conditions (hot in summer, cold in winter) with safety procedures in place
About the Host Employer
You’ll be placed with a well-established Australian business with 50+ years’ experience supplying uniforms and workwear nationwide. They’re known for a personalised customer experience and custom online stores for clients.
You’ll join a supportive team of around 15 staff in a professional, fast-paced environment where quality, teamwork and reliability matter. There’s also genuine potential to transition into a permanent role for the right person.
Key Responsibilities
- Packing and preparing orders for dispatch
- Receiving and processing incoming goods
- Inventory management and stock control
- Assisting with embroidery preparation
- Working across multiple warehouse functions (floater role)
- Maintaining a safe, clean and organised work environment
About You
- Hands-on, organised, and keen to learn
- Reliable, punctual and a strong work ethic
- Good attention to detail
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Works well in a team and happy to help wherever needed
- Have a current driver’s licence and reliable transport
