As a Software Developer, your responsibilities will include…

• Understand customers’ businesses and translate complex challenges into software solutions.
• Lead developments end-to-end, from discovery and specification through design, development, testing and implementation.
• Work across the OneFit ERP platform and evolving web-based solutions, supporting modern technology.
• Shape technical decisions across architecture, integrations, data, performance and scalability.
• Engage with customers to uncover requirements and investigate complex system issues.
• Mentor developers, raise technical standards and drive continuous product, process and team improvement.

We are looking for a Software Developer with the following skills and experience…

• Senior software development, technical leadership, architecture and strong SQL, C#, HTML, CSS, MVC, JSON and Javascript experience
• Experience with complex ERP systems, ideally across manufacturing, distribution, wholesale, stock or supply chain.
• Comfortable with established and modern technologies, solving complex problems with practical solutions.
• Confident communicator with customers, developers and senior stakeholders.
• Commercially minded, balancing technical solutions with customer and business needs.
• Collaborative and proactive, with experience mentoring and driving continuous improvement.

In return, the successful will receive a salary of £50,000 - £55,000, plus the following benefits…
