As a Sales Support Administrator, your responsibilities will include…
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales & operations lead
- Process customer quotations and orders accurately from enquiry to completion
- Maintain accurate customer, order and account records within Odoo
- Manage customer accounts, ensuring excellent service and communication
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver orders on time and resolve issues
- Monitor stock, complete key paperwork and identify process improvements
We are looking for a Sales Support Administrator with the following skills and experience… - Previous experience in sales administration, sales support or customer service
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident handling customer queries in a professional manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with IT systems and able to manage multiple priorities
- Accountable, efficient and accurate when working under pressure
In return, the successful Sales Support Administrator will receive a salary of £25,000 - £28,000, plus the following benefits… - Training and progression opportunities
