THE ROLE
 
We're on the lookout for Senior Power Systems Engineers to join our Brisbane or Melbourne teams. In this pivotal role, you'll lead and execute advanced power system studies using cutting-edge tools like PSS/E, PSCAD, PowerFactory, and Hypersim.

ABOUT YOU
 
You're a driven and experienced professional with a passion for power systems and a collaborative mindset. You bring a strong technical foundation and a desire to lead, mentor, and make a real impact in the renewable energy space. Ideally, you have:
 

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics
• Proven end-to-end grid connection experience, contributing to the technical delivery of complex studies
• Deep knowledge of generator performance standard studies in line with Schedule 5 of the National Electricity Rules
• Confidence in communicating and negotiating with NSPs and AEMO, with a solutions-focused approach
• A collaborative leadership style, with a genuine interest in mentoring and supporting your peers
• Chartered status with Engineers Australia and RPEQ registration, or a clear pathway and motivation to obtain these credentials - we will support you!
