Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue growth and expand presence in the government contracting sector.
• Strategize and execute plans for account penetration within the federal civilian market.
• Engage actively with stakeholders to build strong and sustainable relationships.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in government contracting with proven sales success.
• Proficiency with CRM software like Hubspot or Salesforce for effective team collaboration.
• Ability to transform complex solutions into understandable insights for government clients.
• Experience in negotiating contracts with total values between $20 to $50 million.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, enabling precise and strategic decision-making.

• Experience within the federal business development community.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information to diverse audiences.
• Strategic thinker with a collaborative spirit and the ability to work seamlessly within teams.
