What’s the Brief? We're looking for a BP to join a great team - and we mean a GREAT team! You'll be keeping things moving nicely whilst the incumbent is on parental leave. With 2 execs in your client group, and some juicy projects in the pipeline, this role is sure to keep you engaged.

This role has the variety of a true generalist. You'll actively work with leaders to interpret multiple industrial instruments, embed values and best practice, and support with L&D and DEI projects.
Your Impact - Partner with program managers and corporate leaders to provide HR advice and build people management capability
- Lead and support ER matters, including disciplinary processes, restructures, and complex redundancies
- Accurately interpret and advise on multiple Enterprise Agreements and Awards, ensuring compliance and clarity for leaders
- Work closely with external legal advisors on complex workplace issues
- Facilitate learning and development initiatives, including leadership coaching and training sessions
- Drive diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) projects and embed organisational values with leaders
- Support occupational health & safety (OH&S) initiatives, as this is an increasing area of focus
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes, ensuring smooth workforce integration
- Provide guidance on payroll, governance, and HR compliance, working closely with the CFO and operational executives
What You Bring to the Table - Strong knowledge of industrial relations, with expertise in award interpretation and enterprise agreements
- Experience in health or adjacent sectors (aged care, hospitals, allied health, dentistry, community services, etc.)
- Solid understanding of workplace culture transformation, with a track record of supporting organisations through change
- Skilled in coaching leaders and building their confidence in handling HR matters
- Experience managing complex employee relations cases, including investigations and disputes
- Knowledge of OH&S policies and risk management in a workplace setting
- Naturally consultative and professional, with the ability to listen, assess, and respond strategically
- Personable and approachable, fostering strong connections with employees and leaders
