At Samuels Donegan, we partner with organisations that see HR as more than a function – it’s a strategic enabler of performance, culture and transformation. This role sits firmly at that intersection.
We’re representing a leading professional services firm with a strong people-first ethos and a clear commitment to embedding its People Strategy across the business. Operating through dedicated practice groups, the firm combines commercial rigour with a values-led culture and an ongoing focus on transformation and capability uplift.
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, shaping and delivering the people agenda for your client groups. Support the business through change and ambiguity, including the rollout and integration of Workday, acting as a confident communicator and change agent.
Provide high-touch coaching and advisory support, particularly in fast-paced, partner-led environments.
Adapt your communication and partnering style to different leadership styles, personalities and expectations across the firm.
Operate confidently in ambiguous settings, contributing to the development of processes as systems and frameworks evolve.
Work collaboratively with the broader HR team, maintaining visibility and strong internal partnerships.
