Isaac Regional Council is looking for a motivated Grader Operator to join our Infrastructure Services teams and help deliver essential services in Dysart.
    
As a Grader Operator, you’ll be at the heart of Council operations; supporting the coordination, delivery, and maintenance of critical services. You’ll operate and maintain a range of plant equipment for construction, maintenance and urban works. Your efforts will directly contribute to improving infrastructure and services that residents rely on every day.
  
To be considered for this role, you must hold (or can obtain prior to the commencement) the following qualifications:
Mandatory:

• Valid Driver Licence
• White Construction Card
• Minimum MR Licence (HR, HC, or MC highly regarded)
• Relevant Certification for Grader Operations

Desirable:

• Minimum Level Two Traffic Management / Traffic Controller Ticket

Benefits include:

• Salary $68,968.27 - $71,319.68 per annum (Stream B, Level 5 – 6) + allowances
• Nominally 38 hours per week (3 x 10-hour days and 1 x 8-hour day, Monday - Thursday)
• 5 weeks annual leave @ 17.5% loading
• RDO’s in accordance with Council Policy
• Up to 14.5% super in accordance with Council Policy
