Marketing / Admin Intern (Professional Internship Program) Location: Brisbane (On-site)
Duration: 3 Months (Unpaid Internship) 
Schedule: 3 days per week (24 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations.
• Manage emails, documents, files, and data entry.
• Maintain and update CRM and customer databases.
• Support social media and digital marketing activities.
• Assist with creating marketing content, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Assist with lead generation and customer outreach.
• Help coordinate meetings, appointments, and marketing activities.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records.
• Support the sales and marketing team with various projects.
• Communicate with clients, customers, and internal team members.
• Assist with Canva and other digital marketing tools.
• Monitor social media engagement and assist with basic reporting.
• Perform other administrative and marketing tasks as required

Requirements

• Currently studying or recently completed a qualification in Marketing, Business, Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Previous administrative or corporate experience is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Familiarity with Canva or other content-creation tools is an advantage.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Positive, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Basic understanding of CRM systems and data management is desirable.
