Breight Group is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our growing team. This is a permanent, full-time role based in Rivervale, Perth, with occasional travel to site as required of each project.
In this role, you will take ownership of multiple projects, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You will work closely with Project Engineers, site teams, and clients, providing leadership, commercial oversight, and operational guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of projects, managing cost, schedule, scope, and resources.
- Oversee project mobilisation, planning, and execution across sites.
- Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and commercial requirements.
- Manage contracts, procurement, and subcontractor performance.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders and external contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Provide structured reporting, governance, and commercial oversight.
- Support continuous improvement of project systems, processes, and frameworks.
- Mentor and guide project teams, developing capability and accountability.

- Proven experience managing multiple large-scale multi discipline projects in the construction or mining industry.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, contract administration, commercial management and project controls.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making capabilities..
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
- High level of computer literacy including Microsoft Project, Primavera, Excel, and reporting tools.
