Breight Group, is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team on a key project in Karratha, WA.

What You'll Be Doing
As the Electrical Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading the successful delivery of electrical works while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supervising electrical teams on site.
- Planning and coordinating labour, equipment and materials.
- Driving productivity while maintaining exceptional safety and quality standards.
- Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Working closely with project leadership to achieve project milestones and delivery targets.
- Coaching and developing your team to create a positive, high-performing culture.
About You You're an experienced Electrical Supervisor who leads from the front, communicates well and takes pride in delivering quality work safely. You'll also have:
- WA Electrical Licence
- Current CPR/LVR (within 12 months)
- Current First Aid (within 3 years)
- Construction White Card
- Current Working at Heights (within 2 years)
- Perth point of hire
- Full Australian working rights
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
