The RoleAs a Rope Access Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading crews across maintenance, shutdown and project work while ensuring safe, productive and high-quality outcomes.
You'll work closely with clients and operational leaders to coordinate work, mentor technicians and maintain Breight's industry-leading standards.
About YouYou're a respected leader who leads by example, builds strong teams and thrives in a safety-first environment. To be successful you'll have:
- Previous experience supervising Rope Access teams in mining or heavy industry
- Strong leadership, planning and communication skills
- Section 26 Supervisor qualification (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Working at Heights & Confined Space (within 2 years)
- Demonstrated First Attack Firefighting competency (within 4 years)
- Construction White Card
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Valid Australian working rights
- Perth Point of Hire
- Ability to pass pre-employment medicals and ongoing drug & alcohol testing
- Rio Tinto, Roy Hill or FMG site experience and inductions
- Section 26 Supervisor qualification (or willingness to obtain)
