The Role You'll lead high-performing Rope Access crews delivering maintenance, shutdown and project work across some of Western Australia's largest mining operations.
As an IRATA Level 3, you'll play a critical role in mentoring technicians, maintaining the highest safety standards and ensuring quality execution on every job.
About You You take pride in your work, lead by example and are passionate about developing others. To be successful you'll have:
- IRATA Level 3 Certification
- Demonstrated Level 3 experience in mining or heavy industry
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Working at Heights & Confined Space (within 2 years)
- Demonstrated First Attack Firefighting competency (within 4 years)
- Construction White Card
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Valid Australian working rights
- Ability to pass pre-employment medicals and ongoing drug & alcohol testing
Highly regarded
: Rio Tinto, Roy Hill or FMG induction
