A cattle station in the Katherine region is seeking a reliable and motivated Station Hand to join the team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys station life and wants to be involved in all aspects of a working cattle operation.

Accommodation and meals are provided, meaning the only thing you'll need to pay for is your hobbies and personal expenses.

Duties Include:

• Feeding cattle
• Cattle handling and stock work
• Mustering using motorbikes
• Animal husbandry tasks
• Fencing and general station maintenance
• Checking waters
• Repairing and maintaining water infrastructure
• Fixing pipes and troughs
• General repairs and maintenance around the station
• Working as part of a team across day-to-day station operations

To Be Successful, You Will Have:

• Previous cattle experience
• Confidence riding a motorbike in a station environment
• A strong work ethic and practical attitude
• Ability to work well within a team
• Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• Solid recent work references
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn
