Based in the Dalby office, you'll become part of a supportive team where your contribution is valued, and your skills can continue to grow.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Your duties will include:

• Livestock data entry, including inductions and performance records
• Invoicing and sales processing
• Accounts receivable and payable administration
• End of month reporting
• Reception and front office duties
• General office administration and team support
• Maintaining accurate records and filing systems

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Has excellent attention to detail
• Is confident using Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Has strong computer and data entry skills
• Possesses good numeracy skills
• Can prioritise workloads and work efficiently
• Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Presents professionally and enjoys working with people
• Is eager to learn and develop new skills

Desirable (but not essential)

• Experience in livestock administration or the feedlot industry
• Bookkeeping or accounts experience
• Experience using MYOB, StockAID or FY3000
• Certificate III in Business Administration or similar qualification

Training will be provided for the right person with the right attitude.
