We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lead Farmhand to join our dynamic team. This full-time position offers a comprehensive role encompassing a wide range of responsibilities from hands-on manual labour to advanced machinery operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operation and maintenance of various tractors and modern GPS systems.
• General farm work including both manual labour and machinery operation.
• Welding and mechanical tasks; ability to handle repairs and maintenance onsite.
• Management of up to five casual staff during peak periods, ensuring efficient work flow and team coordination.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in farm machinery operation and GPS technology.
• Strong mechanical and welding skills.
• Chemical accreditation is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership and management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Driver's licence
• Reliable vehicle
• Work related references
