2IC – DAIRY POSITION AVAILABLE – NORTHWEST TASMANIA
 
About the Role:

We are seeking a capable and motivated Second-in-Charge (2IC) to support the day-to-day operations of a progressive dairy farm in beautiful Northwest Tasmania. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a key support role within a high-performing team focused on quality, efficiency, and sustainable farming.
 
Responsibilities:

• Assist the Dairy Manager in daily operations and staff coordination
• Oversee animal health and welfare in line with farm protocols
• Support milk production targets and quality standards
• Contribute to rostering, feed planning, and general farm duties

What You’ll Need:

• Previous experience in dairy farming, preferably in a leadership or 2IC role
