Looking for your next big move in the cattle industry? We’ve got a hands-on leadership role waiting for the right person in the Channel Country, near Windorah, QLD. If you have solid cattle experience, strong leadership skills, and a get-it-done attitude, this could be the opportunity for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading and training a great team - safety and well-being of your crew is the top priority
• Working with cattle – drafting to market specs, handling, and ensuring top-notch welfare
• Riding horses & motorbikes – strong skills in both are essential
• Keeping things running – fencing, machinery, bores, and general station upkeep
• Using livestock software – good computer skills are a must
• Taking initiative – we need someone who can step up, take charge, and make things happen

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid cattle experience (with references to prove it)
• Proven leadership skills – the ability to train and motivate your crew
• Current driver’s licence (MR licence required)
• Gun licence
• Self-starter who thrives on station life
