About The Role
DBG Health is undertaking a major enterprise technology transformation and we're looking for a Solution Architect to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract based at our Richmond Head Office. Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, you will be hands-on in solution design, architecture reviews and technical governance, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure and aligned to enterprise standards.
While the role has no direct reports, you will provide leadership through expertise, influence and collaboration across delivery teams, vendors and business leaders.
Role & Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end solution architecture across DBG Health's enterprise technology landscape, covering Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial and Shared Services platforms.
- Define and govern architecture standards, design principles and technology guardrails to ensure scalable, secure and fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Design and oversee integrations across key business systems, including ERP, CRM, Workday, eCommerce, WMS, master data and analytics platforms.
- Ensure solutions align with the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure, Data & Analytics (Synapse, Fabric and Power BI), AI capabilities, security and cloud platforms.
- Provide architecture leadership across Systems Integrator delivery, technical governance, release management, environment strategy and platform optimisation.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to shape future architecture roadmaps and support DBG Health's global transformation initiatives.
Skills & Experience - 8+ years' experience delivering enterprise technology solutions, with significant experience in solution architecture, ERP or large-scale transformation programs.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills are critical to this position
- Proven expertise across Microsoft technologies, including Azure cloud services, integration platforms, data and analytics solutions, and enterprise applications.
- Strong experience designing integration architectures across ERP, CRM, HCM, eCommerce, WMS and enterprise data platforms using API-led approaches.
- Demonstrated ability to establish architecture standards, govern solution delivery and manage Systems Integrator and third-party vendor outcomes.
- Sound understanding of DevOps, application lifecycle management, testing, release governance, security, privacy and compliance frameworks.
- Microsoft certifications in Azure, Architecture, Data, Security or Dynamics are highly regarded.
